Penguin Band theory proved

Today while waddling along I decided to check the new Club Penguin Times.
I was on the second page when a theory sprung to me. The new Community blog post and the Penguin Band!
Here is what I thought.
:The Penguin Band are wearing clothes
:They are the Penguin Band colours

:They are a group of four
